Feedback From Our Clients
Teo Li-Ming
HR Manager, Logistics Firm, Singapore
"We rolled out the Conduct Module for around ninety staff across three Singapore depots. The dashboard made it straightforward to track who had completed it and who still needed a reminder. Setting up the portal took about an hour, and the Quorum support team answered my questions the same day."

Rajan Chandrasekaran
Compliance Lead, Professional Services, Singapore
"The two-day workshop was useful. The facilitator had clearly worked in an operational environment before — not just trained to deliver content — which made a difference when we got into the case-study discussions. The process maps we built are still on the wall in the compliance office four months later."

Yeo Nadia
Operations Director, Manufacturing, Singapore
"We have been on the Annual Programme for two years. The maturity review at the start of year one identified that procurement and finance ops were significantly behind HR in training completion. The sequenced rollout in year one fixed that. Year two felt much more like maintenance than catchup."

Marcus Kwek
Head of People, FinTech Company, Singapore
"The content is written for people who are not compliance specialists, which is exactly what we needed. My tech teams found it relevant and not condescending. The one thing I would mention is that the portal occasionally ran slowly during peak sign-in periods, though the support team addressed it promptly."
March 2025 — Conduct Module
Ananda Pillai
Procurement Manager, Retail, Singapore
"We brought Quorum in to do the Process Workshop specifically because we had recently updated our third-party engagement records framework and needed the team to understand the changes. The workshop gave us a space to map the new process together rather than just sending around a revised document."
April 2025 — Process Workshop
Cheryl Wong
Finance Ops Lead, Property Management, Singapore
"The quarterly reports from the Annual Programme have become part of our internal compliance documentation. Having a written record of completion rates by department — with a gap analysis — means our year-end internal review is a much lighter exercise than it used to be."

Client Journeys in Detail
Challenge
No documented training cycle existed. Staff across depot operations and the CBD office had received ad hoc guidance over several years but no structured programme. HR was unable to produce completion records for an internal audit.
Approach
Enrolled in the Annual Programme. Maturity review identified depot operations as the highest-priority department. Conduct Module rolled out company-wide in months two and three. Process Workshop delivered to the compliance and HR teams in month five.
Outcome
By month eight, 96% of staff had completed the Conduct Module. HR produced downloadable completion records for the internal audit. The process maps from the workshop were used to update two internal policy documents.
"Year one gave us a foundation we did not have before. Year two was a completely different exercise."
Challenge
The firm had recently revised its internal escalation pathways following a staff restructure. The compliance lead needed the operations team to understand the new pathways but did not want to deliver the update through email and a slide deck alone.
Approach
Booked the two-day on-site Process Workshop for fifteen operations team members. Pre-session briefing aligned the workshop content to the firm's specific escalation structure. Case studies were adapted by the facilitator to reflect the firm's sector.
Outcome
The working group produced a process map that the compliance lead described as more detailed than the policy document itself. Three participants from the workshop joined the thirty-day cohort group and used it to share how they had applied the process in practice.
"The workshop did what a policy update email never could — it made the team part of building the process."
Challenge
With staff spread across eight store locations, delivering any consistent training had been operationally difficult. Previous attempts to run in-person sessions required closing sections of stores or splitting teams across multiple sessions.
Approach
The Conduct Module's self-paced format allowed staff to complete the training on in-store devices during quieter periods or on personal devices outside of shift. HR configured the reminder schedule to target incomplete enrolments fortnightly.
Outcome
The company achieved 91% completion across all eight locations within six weeks — a higher rate than any previous training initiative. The dashboard by-team view showed which two stores still had incomplete enrolments, allowing HR to follow up directly.
"Finally a training format that works with how retail teams actually operate."
